 Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours from the date of delivery to register a return request. After this period, the return window will automatically close.

Return Registration Process

  1. Go to the RETURNS option in the main menu and submit your details.
  2. Our team will validate and approve your return request.
  3. The order will be scheduled for pickup (please use the same packaging box and add return address).
  4. Once received, our team will perform a quality check and issue a refund in the form of a gift card.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be accepted.

  • IGNA Jewels reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are issued in the form of an IGNA Jewels Gift Card with unlimited validity (not a monetary refund).
  • A reverse shipping fee of INR 80 per order will be deducted for returns.
  • The gift card value will be equal to the returned product’s price minus INR 80.
  • For damaged goods, the entire product value will be refunded as a gift card, with no deduction.

Cancellation Policy

Due to operational constraints, we do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed. We kindly request customers to place orders thoughtfully and avoid impulsive purchases.
