  Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch(Domestic-INDIA)

  • All orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date the order is placed through our official website.
  • Shipping cost within India:
    1. Karnataka – ₹60
    2. Andaman & Nicobar Islands & Lakshadweep- ₹150
    3. Rest of India – ₹85
  • Please note that all domestic orders are processed exclusively via our official website www.ignajewels.com.

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • A tracking ID will be shared with you once the AWB (Air Way Bill) is generated by our delivery partner.
  • Estimated delivery timeline:
    1. Metro cities – 2–5 working days
    2. Remote locations – 5–8 working days (depending on PIN code)
  • In case of unforeseen courier delays, IGNA Jewels shall not be held responsible. However, our team will actively follow up with the courier partner to ensure your parcel reaches you at the earliest.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Please track your parcel regularly until it is delivered.
  • Ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to collect the parcel.
  • For non-residential addresses ,the customer is responsible for coordinating with the courier collection point or the courier agency.
  • Customers should be aware of any courier collection point procedures (e.g., office reception, hostel office, hotel front desk, or gated community security).
  • Courier partners generally make 1–2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the nearest courier hub. Customers must coordinate directly with the hub to collect their package.
  • If the parcel is returned to IGNA Jewels due to non-availability, it can be reshipped after the customer pays the applicable re-shipping charges.
  • Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the PIN code and correct state selection.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-reachability, standard re-shipping charges will apply.

Transit & Packaging

We take utmost care in safe packaging. In the rare case of transit damage, a gift card with same product amount will be issued for the damaged product with a clear parcel opening video as a proof. Shipping charges are non-refundable in this case. Damage claim should be submitted within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

International Shipping

  • We don't have international shipping as of now. Once enabled we will inform the customers through website and social media platforms.
